Guests will be tempted by our menu items cooked from scratch with fresh ingredients. We feature daily drinks and lunch specials as well as Wing Tuesday, Night Out Wednesday, Prime Rib Thursday, Smokehouse Saturday and more! 👨‍🍳✨ FEATURE SPOTLIGHT: WELCOME, BRIAN!
We’re excited to welcome Brian Miller to the Barside Lounge & Grill team as our new Chef! 🎉
With 32+ years of culinary experience and a Red Seal certification, Brian brings a wealth of knowledge and leadership to our kitchen. His background includes working in high-volume camp environments, where he helped lead operations serving approximately 600 guests per meal, three times a day—talk about experience! 🔥
Brian also spent five years at Duffy’s, further building his experience in restaurant operations and team environments.
What stood out most to us? Brian’s calm, approachable and team-focused leadership style. He’s passionate about not only leading a kitchen team, but also mentoring and helping others grow.
We’re looking forward to seeing Brian bring his experience, consistency and creativity to Barside Lounge & Grill—and we’re excited for what’s ahead! 🍽️
