In our Aberdeen garden, we grow Japanese shiso, shungiku, Korean perilla, sorrel, seasonal edible flowers, and many more herbs and edible plants that make their way onto many of your favourite dishes.

It is our way of bringing a little more freshness, beauty, and care to every plate—because sometimes the smallest ingredients make the biggest difference.
