Happy Friday everyone
We have a nice pot of Housemade Hearty Beef Vegetable Soup simmering away and I’m working on the Triple Decker Turkey Clubs and the Turkey Club Subs now
D has our Red Fife Sourdough and Cinnamon Raisin Bread for us - out of the oven and cooling
Obviously my brain is foggy - so if I think of anything else I forgot to mention I’m be in touch later 🤣🤣🤣

Forgot to let you know ….. D made our Dairy Free, Gluten Friendly Egg Sesame Buns and Pizza Crusts last night
We’ll have them out today and then pop whatever is left into the freezer

It sure you know about this - I found out completely randomly
Tomorrow is the deadline for the 2 City of Kamloops Alternative Approval Process submissions
If you do not want the City borrowing more money for the 2 projects then you have to submit the form (see link) by 4pm tomorrow
I personally think it’s a pretty sneaky way to do this and I have serious concerns that it’s a “vote” that is not being governed in any way by Elections BC - but that’s me
Just want to help ensure people are aware in case you want the opportunity to express your opinion
BTW - separate form for each project

Yuppers! Today is Meatball Sub day (we'll start serving those at 11:00). You can pre-order online - select Hot Lunch Feature (just updating description online- so if it still says Philly Cheesesteak - it's not - it's Meatball Subs LOL)
Keeping with the Italian theme I've made Minestrone Soup for today.
D has made our Fit Bread for us.
By the end of the day I'll have Meatballs in Pasta Sauce packaged and ready to take home.
