Playing with my food today! Been awhile since I've posted and, honestly, the creative juices just haven't been flowing during this slow season. As we start to get ready for Spring Menu Launch, it's been really great to start getting excited again!
Here we have a Pea Mash topped with Miso Butter Basted Scallops and Fondant Potato rounds with Thai Chilis and Toasted Sesame Seeds! Cheers everyone!

It's been a whirlwind of a summer with creativity taking a bit of a backseat in all the hullabaloo!
It's been a struggle to find the time to have fun with food, but when the inspiration hits, it reminds me why I love what I do!

Miso Sweet Corn Puree with Seared Scallops, Crispy Bacon, Brown Butter Sourdough Crutons, Heirloom Tomatoes and Radishes. Sure, maybe I went a little nuts, but good God was it delicious!

It's been a hot minute since I've posted anything food related. The past few months have been hectic, busy, and most importantly, exciting! Although bittersweet, I will be leaving next week to pursue a new adventure! More details to come on that, but for now, a huge THANK YOU to Bright Eye and the incredible team that I've been able to work and grow with! It's hard to recall where we started as the past few years have been crazy and tumultuous, but we've always come together to create, laugh, and eat! Thank you especially to for being the best boss, an amazing chef, and truly a dear, dear friend who I'm so glad I've had the privilege to work with!
All sappy stuff aside, here's my final feature offering! A Golden Milk Latte Coconut Cake with Coconut Buttercream, Raspberry Coulis, and Cake Crumbs! Cheers everyone!🍻

Apologies in advance for my lack of photography skill! By the time everything was ready to go, I was too famished to think about lighting and composition!
Had a lovely lil Charcuterie Night with and I thought I'd whip up from Focaccia Au Gratin to pair with it! Overnight-proofed Focaccia with Rosemary, Shallots, Garlic, Pecorino Romano, and thinly sliced Baby Potatoes, because you can never have enough starches! Super yummy evening and, needless to say, we basically rolled our way to bed after all was said and done! Cheers everyone!

May I present this beauty: Garam Masala Rainbow Carrot Cake with Cream Cheese Buttercream Icing, Spiced Candied Walnuts, and White Chocolate Carrot Ganache! A little delayed, but she turned out beautifully! Cheers everyone and TGIF!🥕🥕🥕
