Mystikk Flavors Special- Chana masala (vegetarian -chickpea curry) coming up for this week..it's a staple dish in North India loved by all. It's simmered with onion, garlic, ginger, tomatoes and spices. Attaching a picture for reference.. who all would like to try?

Greetings! Hope everyone is staying safe now that the snow is here.

This week's special by Mystikk Flavors at Juniper Market is Chicken Korma.

Korma or qorma is a dish with its origin in the Indian subcontinent, consisting of chicken braised with coconut milk or cream, stock, and spices to produce a thick sauce or gravy

Spice levels are mild, but flavour profiles are stellar.

Samosas, pakoras, rice are also available. Lots of frozen butter chicken- dairy and gluten free- as well.
