Wedges of crisp iceberg lettuce, thinly sliced red onions, cucumbers, toasted walnuts, feta and chopped dill served with a creamy lemon, garlic, dijon dressing! So fresh!

Jerk lentil curry, coconut rice & peas (beans) fried sweet plantains and a mango sauce drizzled on top. Delicious, nutritious and so full of flavour! One of my absolute FAVOURITE meals!
Medium spice level.

Mixed lettuce, goat cheese, red onions, blueberries and savory mixed nut/seed granola with a maple balsamic vinaigrette. It's to die for, the granola makes this salad so so so delicious.

🍅Some Like It Hot Pasta $18

Gemelli pasta made with fresh tomatoes, garlic, basil, Calabrian hot chilies and topped with freshly grated Parmesan cheese. It’s a little bit of an angry tomato sauce so for those of you who like some spice, you’ll love this one!

🥔Herby Potatoes + Sour Cream $6

Yukon gold potatoes tossed in olive oil, garlic, fresh dill, basil and topped with a big dollop of sour cream!

This salad is gorgeous and is probably in my top 3!

Lettuce, feta, cucumbers, chopped lemons, roasted sumac chickpeas, pita chips, tomato, mint, parsley bulgar. With a lemon garlic vinaigrette. Obsessed!

💛Curry Carrot Sandwich $16

Honey roasted carrots, caramelized onions, garlicky curry mayo and peppery arugula piled high on a ciabatta bread! This is such a delicious sandwich!!

🍋Roasted Carrots $15

Roasted carrots served on creamy whipped feta/greek yogurt and topped with zesty chimichurri and toasted walnuts! Perfect as is or with warm pita breads or a side of grilled chicken! You’re going to love it!
