We are currently hiring for a part-time position and are looking for someone with:
• Barista experience
• Supervisor or leadership experience
• Strong customer service skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Initiative to stay productive during quieter moments

This is not a student or summer position. We are looking for someone seeking consistent, long-term part-time employment who can grow with our team.

At The Evergreen, teamwork matters. We’re looking for someone reliable, supportive, hardworking, and ready to be part of a positive environment for both staff and customers.

Experience is preferred, but personality, work ethic, and willingness to learn go a long way.

• Fast-paced shifts

Requirements:
• Food Handler Certification is REQUIRED
• Coffee knowledge is a big asset
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy environment
• Positive attitude and team mentality

Barista experience is an asset, but we're willing to train the right person. Supervisor experience is also considered an asset.

What does The Evergreen mean to you?

To me, The Evergreen means survival.

Evergreens are known for surviving every season. Through bitter winters, heavy storms, and changing climates, they remain rooted, alive, and forever green. They bend, but they don’t break.

That became an analogy for my cancer journey.
For healing.
For survival.

Cancer changes you. There are seasons that feel cold, uncertain, exhausting, and unfair. Seasons where you feel stripped down to your roots. But somewhere in all of that, you learn resilience. You learn that survival doesn’t always look loud or perfect; sometimes it simply looks like showing up again the next day.

The Evergreen became a reminder that even after the hardest winters, life still exists. Growth still happens. Hope still returns.

And this is how The Evergreen Coffee Lounge got its name.

This is more than a coffee shop.
This is what gave me purpose.
A reason to show up not only for myself, but for my family and for you.

The Evergreen is my reminder that you only live once, so go for it. Try the thing. Take the chance. Push through the hard seasons.
