Cottage time means BBQ time 🌽 🌽 Here's how to cook CORN ON THE COB on an OPEN GRILL, one of our summertime favourites!
1) Bring a large pot of water to a roiling boil. Add salt and carefully drop in the cobs. Boil for 3 minutes. Transfer the cobs to a platter.
2) Heat your gas grill to 500 degrees with the lid closed.
3) Place cobs on the grill to cook, turning every minute until browned on all sides, about 4 minutes total. Transfer grilled cobs to a baking pan. Coat hot cobs with butter and a dusting of salt.
4) Cover with foil and set aside until dinner is ready. Cobs will stay warm for about 30 minutes.
