As we come to the end of our 50-year journey through Windmill Bakery’s history, we want to take a moment to say thank you. ❤️
To our customers, thank you for 50 years of love, support, and for making Windmill Bakery a part of your lives. From morning coffees and fresh bread runs to family celebrations and everyday visits, your support has allowed this bakery to continue growing and serving our community.
To all of our staff, past and present, thank you for your dedication, hard work, and many long days. Every loaf baked, every coffee served, and every customer welcomed has played a part in the story of Windmill Bakery.
A special thank you to the families who came before us and helped build the foundation of Windmill Bakery. Thank you to Ton Struyk, who first opened Windmill Bakery here in Huntsville in 1976, and to the Wouda family, who faithfully ran Windmill for 30 years. Your hard work, dedication, and care helped shape Windmill into what it is today.
And above all, we give thanks to God for His faithfulness over the past 50 years. We are grateful for the ways He has guided this bakery, provided through every season, and allowed Windmill Bakery to be a place that serves our community and brings people together.
