The Hidden Track: Huntingdon’s Best-Kept Secret 🦉 ☕ 🦥
In Huntingdon, the best paths aren't always the ones on the map, and the best spaces are the ones you stumble upon. We’ve always prided ourselves on being this town's best-kept secret, a cozy hideaway where the coffee is exceptional and the atmosphere feels like an exclusive discovery.
This June, we’re leaning into that sense of discovery. We’re celebrating the hidden gems, the quiet spots in the park, and the anticipation of what’s around the corner. Speaking of what's around the corner... we have something massive brewing behind the scenes for next month. We can’t drop the details just yet; it's a strict secret until the paperwork is signed, but let's just say you’ll want to start thinking about sunny afternoons, open air, and great acoustics in the park.
Consider this month's roast the ultimate sneak peek.

The Coffee Archive: June Edition 📍
This roast is designed to be your pass to the underground. For this feature, we are traveling to the high-altitude region of Kitale, Kenya. Known for producing some of the most dynamic and sought-after profiles on the planet, this coffee showcases exactly why Kenyan origins have such a fierce, devoted following.
Grown in rich volcanic soil and fully washed, this selection features the exceptional AA Batian & Ruiru varietals. To let the pristine quality and natural brilliance of these beans truly shine, we've given them a Superlight roast. The result is a cup that is bright, juicy, and incredibly lively the perfect soundtrack for a sunny June morning.

The Profile ☕️
A vibrant, fruit-forward masterpiece that bursts with a sparkling acidity and a deep, jammy sweetness.
• The Intro (Aroma): A bright, zesty greeting of fresh tangerine. 🍊
• The Main Act (Body): A deep, rich, and comforting undertone of blackberry jam. 🍇
• The Encore (Finish): A tart, crisp, and clean finale of wild raspberry. 🍓
Pro Tip: To maximize that sparkling acidity and bring out the full complexity of this superlight roast, we recommend brewing at 96°C with a 1:16.5 ratio.
