Hello!! Ana here!! 🫶

For those who don’t know me I’m the girl usually taking your orders though lately I’ve been in the kitchen, but I miss seeing all of your beautiful faces! Just a bit of a lil message for all you including the short vacay we will be taking in a week (pls read!!) 👇👇👇👇

What an incredible summer we’ve had so far, thanks to all of you! Every year seems to be better than the last, and the bonds we’ve created with you has been the best part. Thank you for choosing Strato’s for your luncheons, your special events, movie date nights, anniversaries, or just because you’re hungry; We love you!

We haven’t done this in awhile but we will be closed for a short summer vacay! From Monday Sept 14- Friday Sept 25th.

We are going to a very special place, one where our family is and where we kept saying we will be going but years have passed. We’re finally off to Greece!! 🇬🇷

Owning a restaurant is incredibly rewarding, and we truly love what we do, but one of the hardest parts is allowing ourselves to step away once in a while and enjoy life outside of the restaurant.

I’m sure our fellow small business owners can relate. You want to be open for your customers, you need to be open for the business, and you know your staff and community rely on you. That makes taking time away feel almost impossible, and this was definitely not an easy decision for us.

But after 10 years, we’ve decided it’s finally time to give ourselves that break, spend some much-needed time with family, and enjoy a little bit of life too. We think we’ve earned it.

Niko, will be reopening Saturday the 26th, operating at half capacity essentially since My father and I will be away until the 12th of October. This means shortened hours and potentially no dining in. But I will do an updated post regarding the specifics later on!

Thank you so much for your understanding, patience, and continued support. We’ll be open this weekend with our regular hours, and we hope to see you before we go!

If not, we’ll see you after Thanksgiving — or stop by while we’re away, say hi to my brother, and keep him company!
