No fancy pictures today. Have to get serious folks.
We have come to the end and there are several thankyous that need to be said.
First and foremost is the great people that have supported us, not just the locals but those that showed up regularly from all over. That goes for the coffee group, those who stopped every time they came down 401, and those that became regulars for summers while at one of the parks.
A thanks to our many suppliers, Salespersons and delivery people (Mark, Jen). Many of them became friends as well.
A remembrance to all we have lost over the last 15 years. Many tears were shed for Family and for friends. Many of our Patrons fastly became friends who we watched over almost like family. It was very common for someone to phone in with health updates or if we didn't see someone for a day or two we often put out calls to them. I guess that is part of being in a small community.
Here is hoping that "whoever" takes over enjoys their time as much as we have. Its been a struggle at times, it's been fun most of the time and it's been a lot of hard work. Now it is time for change. I plan on spending my summer relaxing and enjoying life. That may change in the fall, but I'll deal with that then. Kristy is taking some time as well before she jumps into anything else.
Which brings me to Kristy. She has been my life line through all of this. The person I cried to when I got stressed, definitely the person I laughed with, and my best friend. We had a lot of fun times working together. I couldn't have done it without her, and that's what I said in the very beginning. "I want to do this, but I can't do it alone". Both her and Ayden have made it all worth while. Remember that little boy in the fenced in corner at the store, we'll folks he has been waiting on you for the past year.
Time flies. When you have fun! And it has definitely been fun. Love you all and Thank you all.
