Happy Thanksgiving! 🦃 🍂
We hope everyone had a warm and wholesome weekend.
We had the lodge full of wonderful guests this Thanksgiving; families gathering, friends uniting, and strangers meeting.
Dinner was delicious, from scratch with local ingredients 🤌🥕
There were kids playing, people laughing, board games by the fire, cold b**rs, hot turkey, and pumpkin pie cheesecake.. so, a lot to be thankful for!!🫶🧡

🎶 MUUUSICC NIIGHT!! 🎶

It’s been a minute since we’ve had some live music here!
Please come join us on Thursday, Oct 15th for dinner and the music of Scottish acoustic guitarist, Simon Kempston.
It will be a super lovely evening!
Come early for dinner, cooked by our amazing chefs with lots of locally sourced ingredients. Have a drink at the bar, whether that be a glass of w**e, a cocktail, or a frosty mug of local Smithers Brewery b**r on tap. Then cozy up in our wood-stove warmed lounge with dessert to enjoy the music. Perfect 👌

Music starts at 7pm

📣 WE’RE HIRING! 📣
Housekeeper - part-time/seasonal

We are looking for a responsible, hardworking individual with housekeeping and customer service experience. This position would involve cleaning the lodge, rooms, and cabins, laundry, and on occasion greeting guests, checking them in, showing them around, and checking them out which sometimes involves taking payment through our square system. So must be comfortable around guests and be able to handle their needs and answer questions.

Must be comfortable working with other staff members and also working alone on occasion.

Each week at the lodge can look very different so having a flexible schedule and being able to work during the days, or evenings, and weekends is very important to us.

$23-$26/hour depending on experience.
Starting September 1st until the end of October.
15-25 hours/week.
Typical hours in a day are 10am-3pm, 2-3 days a week, though on occasion hours may change depending on workload

If you or someone you know has a great work ethic, cleaning experience, an eye for detail, is personable, can follow checklists and protocols, is responsible and can work unattended then please get ahold of us!
