We’re proud to share that August 8 Upper James has been recognized by the City of Hamilton with a 2026 Community Trillium Award! 🌸

Located at 1066 Upper James Street, our property is one of only two Community Trillium Award recipients in Ward 8 this year.

This award recognizes excellence in landscaping, property care and community beautification.
