A bittersweet announcement. 🤍
Dear Hamilton,
After 7 amazing years of owning and operating IOS Estiatorio & W**e Bar, we have collectively decided as a family that it is time to close the doors to our restaurant and move on to the next chapter.
What a ride it has been… We are feeling nothing but grateful for everything this chapter has given us.
There have been so many memories, celebrations, friendships, busy nights, familiar faces and incredible moments that we’ll always look back on with so much love and gratitude.
From the day we opened, we had a goal and a vision to bring Hamilton a restaurant that offered quality service, a comfortable dining atmosphere and traditional Greek cuisine made with care.
To our amazing team, customers, friends, family and community, thank you for being such a huge part of it all. Thank you for embracing us, supporting our family business and giving us the opportunity to be part of this incredible community.
Our family will always be grateful for this opportunity and so proud of what we built. However, all good things must eventually come to an end.
Thank you again, to all of you. This has been an incredible journey.
Cheers to an unforgettable chapter and to new beginnings. 🙏🏼
