Sindhi Chicken Dum Biryani, made the proper way 🍚🔥
At Halifax Biryani Co., our Sindhi biryani is built on real ingredients and bold flavour in every bite.

With 180g chicken offering ~48–53g protein, every serving is marinated with yogurt, ginger, garlic, herbs, and spices for deep, rich flavour.

Our rice is dum-cooked and layered with lemon, chilli, and whole spices.
And because it’s Sindhi biryani, potato is a must — a true signature in every bite.

We also make our in-house fresh masala with fried onions, yogurt, coriander, and whole spices roasted, ground, and blended fresh.
