From those working on the water to the dedicated teams processing, preparing, and serving seafood, generations of Nova Scotians have helped build an industry that supports families, strengthens coastal communities, and contributes to strongly to our provinces economy.

Seafood Expo Global 2026 brought together seafood buyers, suppliers, and industry leaders from around the world, and Nova Scotia Seafood was proud to showcase the premium species harvested from our cold, clean waters. Throughout the expo, Nova Scotia companies connected with international partners, strengthened relationships, and highlighted the quality, consistency, and premium taste that define Nova Scotia seafood. We carried that momentum beyond the trade floor through an in-market activation with home chef Missohlaura and La Sirena, showcasing Nova Scotia seafood through a Spanish inspired culinary lens focused on flavour, freshness, and premium quality.
