Artisanal cheese produced in the Ossau Valley in the heart of the Pyrenees . Mild lactic aromas, fruity and toasty note with a subtle spicy warmth from the piment d’Espelette. The pepper doesn’t overpower the other flavours but complement the sweetness of the sheep milk.
