Stories Restaurant to Pause Mid-August

We sadly share with guests and friends that we will be pausing evening dinner service at ‘Stories Restaurant’ effective August 12th, 2023.

Facing increasing restaurant costs and sparse culinary talent, the business of fine dining has become difficult to justify.

We appreciate your patience as we contemplate our next food venture.

The Halliburton Hotel will continue to welcome visitors from far and near.

“6 star food, atmosphere, and service.
Casual, elegant fine dining. Start with the incredibly succulent scallops prepared with a bright fresh mouth watering experience. The duck was cooked to perfection, rare just as it should be. Texture and flavour was perfectly enhanced with the chefs secret sauce. Desert was an art form and left us satisfied. Service was 1st class. Very few tables and small rooms made for the perfect opportunity to relax and enjoy my partner's conversation. 6 stars if I could!”

They were incredibly welcoming, it’s a charming small restaurant with an excellent menu and the food was beautifully presented and absolutely outstanding.
