Have you tried our ice cream sammie collab with Xena's Bread and Butter yet?

This Summer has been kicking our equipment’s butts and we need to shut down a few days for maintenance. Being busy is great, but even our batch freezer needs some TLC.

Did you know⁉️ One of the reasons we are moving our production is because our cooling systems can’t keep up with our refrigeration units?! Our blast freezers & pasteurizers produce A LOT of heat to make and freeze ice cream. We use both heat pumps + an air conditioning unit to keep the ice cream room cool but in the Summer, well, they have a hard time doing their jobs.

This move can’t come fast enough - and we’re getting soooooooo close.

Good things come to those who wait! And you’ll be happy you did. This month we paired with Xena's Bread and Butter to create an ice cream sammy celebrating Filipino flavours!

🍪 Xena’s chocolate chip ube cookies paired either our homemade toasted coconut ice cream or our coffee ice cream (w/ have fun.).

This month Xena's Bread and Butter’s non-profit of choice is Prescott Group - the wonderful organization who supports folks with intellectual and developmental disabilities through programming, fair-wage jobs and providing a safe space for folks to feel valued and connected. Check their gluten-free cafe out: North End Baking Co. and Cafe 🥧 The Prescott Group will receive $0.50 from each sammy purchased.
