We stepped it up another notch! 🔥

Before serving these big bad boys this weekend, we decided to take them even further.

After a 72-hour house brine and 4 hours in the smoker low and slow, we’re finishing them in the fryer right before serving. The result? Incredibly juicy meat on the inside and crispy, bite-through skin on the outside.

These aren’t chicken wings. These are Pterodactyl Wings. 🦖🍗

They’re massive, packed with flavour, and available Saturday and Sunday only, limited quantities.
