OUR LAST EVENT WAS SO WELL RECEIVED WE’RE HOSTING DRINK DECTECTIVE TWICE MORE IN OCTOBER! Introducing Drink Detective - a blind cocktail-tasting game where the evidence is in the glass and on your taste buds. Think you can crack the case?

On Saturday, October 3rd (Second date Oct. 24) at 7 PM, you’ll taste a series of 8 mystery cocktails (sample sized) and try to identify what’s hiding inside each glass. Which spirit are you tasting? Is that citrus, a liqueur, or something designed to throw you off the trail?

Submit your guesses from a short list of options on your phone, earn points for every correct answer, and watch the leaderboard at the front of the room as the mystery unfolds. You’ll always have a chance of getting it right, even if your palate is anything but sophisticated!

Each cocktail is revealed after the round, so you’ll learn what you were drinking, and whether your palate is as sharp as you hoped.

Come with friends, bring a date or assemble your own team of suspiciously confident drinkers. Just don’t trust anyone who claims they can identify every ingredient before the first sip.

Dram Curious is a monthly guided whisk(e)y tasting series in Noble, built around great bottles, interesting stories and the chance to explore what makes each pour distinct.

Each evening features a thoughtfully selected lineup of five whiskies, tasted side by side with our guide, Evan McNeil. Along the way, Evan will dig into where they come from, how they’re made and matured, and the decisions that ultimately shape what ends up in your glass.

There’s plenty to discover, whether you already have a well-stocked wh**ky shelf or simply enjoy a good dram and want to know a little more about what you’re drinking. It’s informative without becoming a lecture: taste, compare notes, ask questions and see what you notice when different whiskies are put next to one another.

September 23 - The Wh**ky Atlas: A Tour Around Scotland

For our first Dram Curious, we’re taking a five-stop journey through Scotland and exploring just how varied Scotch wh**ky can be.

We’ll move from lighter, more delicate whiskies into richer coastal and peated styles, tasting each side by side while exploring their origins, production and maturation. Along the way, we’ll also tackle an interesting question: how much does geography really tell us about what’s in the glass?

The five whiskies featured on September 23 are shown above. October and November will feature entirely different lineups and themes.
