Good morning everyone, as you know I closed almost the month of January to travel, and bring something new for every to try, this time I brought with me two ideas that I created two new dishes that have my heart and my passion of creating new things the dish are, the three sisters, has 3 different kinds of tortillas base with corn, one is with purple corn, the second is combination corn and beets and the last one is with combinations of 🌽 and 🥑, all the tortillas are stuff with cheeses,comes with my black beans, and homemade salsa with two smoky green onions, the second plate is Smoky Chorizo a combination of spices and local meat, comes with two yellow 🌽 tortillas stuff with cheese and black beans with salsa and 2 smoky green onions, that is my Valentine's 🎁 to everyone who enjoys my passion of cooking. The dishes will be available starting Friday🥰🥰🥰
