Since hitting the menu in Spring 2024, the Thirst Aid Kit has stayed on menu, been apart of every popup in over 14 countries, and probably isn’t leaving anytime soon. We’ve easily made over 2000L of this drink.

We clarify it with yogurt, which leaves a nice tang - but none of the body. It’s smooth and refreshing, with earthy notes of tequila and freshness of melon. Pastis is there to bind it together.

Paired with a green tea pavlova, each sip will have you coming back for more. 🍵

This mezcal margarita has quickly become a crowd favourite since appearing on menu.

We combine mustard seed vermouth and celery bitters to bring out the earthy notes of mezcal, with the passionfruit being the real star 💫
