One of the most beloved dishes from Mauritius is finally making its way onto our menu! 🇲🇺❤️ It is also a family recipe!

Our flavorful Mauritian-style fried rice will be served with:

🧄 Homemade garlic sauce

Beautiful sunny day and we are back from our break with delicious Mauritian food 🇲🇺💕

We have a new product today!

Our creamy mushroom Bechamel vol au vent ( pastry shells) in limited quantities as we want you to test it out!

It was meant to be...🥹🙏🏻
Throwback to the e very first Napolitaines shortbread cookies I made after moving to Canada… 😅🇲🇺

I never planned to sell them. It started as something personal, something from home for my husband. But friends and family kept saying: “You should sell these… they’re the best!”

They definitely weren’t as pretty as they are today 😄
The recipe came from my uncle, along with his little “secret technique” 🤫

Then Hans and I took it further.
We spent months testing, adjusting, perfecting…
Hans wanted something specific, a nostalgic taste of the best Napolitaine he had one time but making it even better.
(He’s a lab guy, so everything had to be just right — ratios, size, texture, taste 👨‍🔬✨)
Today, our Napolitaines have become our signature ❤️💙💛💚 and through this little treat we grew and now own a popular Mauritian food business in Nova Scotia serving Mauritian dishes and desserts.loyal
