As both events are taking place at medical facilities, we kindly ask everyone to be mindful of parking and to keep parking spaces accessible for patients, visitors, and medical staff.

❤️🔥 That’s a wrap on our 2026 wedding season! 🔥❤️

Yesterday marked our last wedding of the year, and what a year it’s been! Between weddings and events throughout the week and on weekends, this was our busiest year yet. We were absolutely overwhelmed at times, but there is so much to be proud of.

To every couple and everyone who trusted Till Death BBQ & Catering with their celebration: THANK YOU. We’ve loved being part of your special moments and feeding your favourite people!

This season looked very different for me. Living with MS meant I wasn’t able to work much at all, and stepping back from something I love has been incredibly hard. To our whole team, thank you for stepping up and helping make this year a success. Your hard work and care mean more than I can say. ❤️

And a HUGE shout-out to Shannon, who handled ALL the cooking for every event and every wedding this year. The hours, the effort, and the heart he put into it were incredible. He absolutely KILLED IT! 🔥👏

After almost 10 years in catering, I also finally got to be a GUEST at a wedding catered by Till Death BBQ! Sitting down to enjoy the celebration and our food was such a special experience. And let me just tell you… that brisket MELTS in your mouth! 🤤 The whole meal was absolutely incredible, and I couldn’t have been prouder.

🐺 Most epic wedding of the season goes to Kristen and AJ! Walking down the aisle with a WOLF is going to be pretty hard to top! We had an absolute blast celebrating with you.

That day also brought a frightening turn for our family when our son and another member of our team were involved in a serious car accident. It’s a day we’ll never forget, filled with both wonderful memories and some very difficult moments. Kristen and AJ, your incredible celebration will always hold a special place in our season. ❤️

To all our newlyweds, we wish you a lifetime of love, laughter, and good food. And to Shannon and our team: thank you for everything you gave this year.

🔥 TILL DEATH BBQ — BY THE NUMBERS THANK YOU 🔥
Sometimes you get so busy cooking, serving, loading trailers, setting up weddings, running events, answering messages and feeding crowds that you forget to stop and look at what you’ve actually built.
So we did some math.
And wow. 😳
Since starting Till Death BBQ in 2017, we estimate that we have:
💍 Catered more than 175 weddings
🔥 Worked more than 500 weddings, festivals, fundraisers, corporate events, private parties and community events
👥 Served approximately 90,000 people
🍽️ Served nearly 19,000 guests through our restaurant alone during the two years we operated it
🥩 Served well over 25,000 lbs of meat — and realistically, probably a whole lot more
🔥 At some of our busiest festivals, we were serving approximately 40 POUNDS OF MEAT PER HOUR
⭐ Maintained a 5-star Google rating
❤️ Maintained 100% satisfaction through our social media accounts
And the wildest part?
These are still conservative estimates.
For years, our summers have meant weddings every Saturday from June through October, usually with multiple other events happening throughout the week.
Then there were the two years of our restaurant — open Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday — serving roughly 45 people a day.
Add in festivals, Beerfest, fundraisers, weddings, school events, corporate lunches, private parties, community events and everything else we’ve cooked our way through over the years…
It adds up.
We’ve never been fancy.
We’re BBQ.
We’re smoke in our clothes, sauce on our hands, 16-hour days, briskets going on before sunrise, trailers packed to the ceiling and somehow always finding room to feed one more person.
And nearly 90,000 people later…

🎉🔥 HAPPY BIRTHDAY TO THE KING OF TILL DEATH BBQ! 🔥🎉

Today we’re celebrating my husband, my partner in crime, and the man behind so much of what makes Till Death BBQ what it is — Shannon! ❤️

From long days behind the smoker, crazy events, weddings, road trips, breakdowns, setups, tear-downs, and all the chaos in between… somehow we’re still standing, still laughing, and still putting meat in people’s mouths. 😂🔥

Shannon is the king of the smoker, the muscle behind the operation, and the guy I get to do this crazy life with.

We’ve built a business, raised a family, survived more than a few adventures, and made a whole lot of memories along the way.

So today, please help me wish the one and only Shannon Brown a VERY HAPPY BIRTHDAY! 🎂🍻

🚗🔥 WE’RE BACK… AND TODAY WE’RE IN HALIBURTON! 🔥🚗

It’s been a little quiet on our page this past week, but behind the scenes it has been anything but quiet! Between weddings, life, and one absolutely crazy week, we’ve had a lot going on — but we are back at it today at the NAPA Auto Classic Car Show in Haliburton!

We’ll be serving up some of your Till Death BBQ favourites, along with our Snowflake Slammer — and $2 from every Snowflake Slammer sold today will be donated back here to Snowflake Meadows. ❤️

We’ll be posting today’s menu, so make sure you check it out!

And before we get too far into today, we need to give some love to the two beautiful weddings we’ve had the honour of catering since we last posted. 💍❤️

Kristyn & AJ — congratulations on an absolutely incredible day at Snowflake Meadows! Thank you so much for allowing us to be part of it. We absolutely LOVE the pictures… and YES, she really did walk down the aisle with a WOLF! 🐺😍 Definitely one for the memory books!

We also had the pleasure of catering Kristin & Travis’s wedding, and what an amazing group of people. Their guests were absolutely wonderful from beginning to end. I think Shannon may officially have a new favourite wedding when it comes to the people! 😂❤️ It was beautiful, welcoming, fun, and we truly appreciated being part of your day.
