A Message to Our Haliburton Community ❤️
To our wonderful customers in Haliburton,
We want to sincerely apologize for the sudden closure and for not being able to give everyone more notice.
As many of you know, we recently opened our second Tian He location in Huntsville. We are incredibly thankful that the new location has been much busier than we ever expected. With the overwhelming demand, we had to make the very difficult decision to temporarily close our Haliburton location and bring our staff to Huntsville to help us keep up.
We know this came with very little notice, and we are truly sorry. Everything happened extremely quickly, and the last thing we wanted was to leave our loyal Haliburton customers wondering what was happening.
Haliburton is where our journey started. You supported our family, recommended us to your friends and family, left us amazing reviews, and helped us build Tian He into what it is today. Without the support of the Haliburton community, we would never have had the opportunity to grow and open another location.
For that, we will always be incredibly grateful. ❤️
Moving forward, we will be looking for the right person to take over what we started in Haliburton — someone who will continue serving great food and taking care of this wonderful community. We want to make sure that what we built here continues in good hands.
This is a very bittersweet moment for our family. We are excited about what is happening in Huntsville, but we will never forget the community that gave us our start.
Thank you, Haliburton, for everything you have done for us. Thank you for your patience, your loyalty, your friendships and your support over the years.
And once again, we sincerely apologize for the late notice and any inconvenience or disappointment this closure has caused.
