We roll these by hand. Every single one.
Wood ear mushroom, taro, carrot, onion,noodle — wrapped tight, fried until the wrapper shatters when you bite it. Dip it in nước chấm, eat it the way we eat it at home.
This is the roll that started our whole family business. Now we make them in Guelph, and we make them in Cambridge for freezers across Ontario.
