The ristorante has a fantastic selection of wines both young and easy drinking as well as those aged to perfection

Some to highlight would be our 2021 Castello di Cacchiano Chianti Classico- sporting the gallo nero (black rooster) signifying it is grown and bottled in the chianti classico zone~ also known as the oldest wine producing zone in Italy 🇮🇹
This wine is juicy and acidic, fantastic paired with our tavolozza di salumi (salami and cheese board) or our Agnello alla Mandorle (Almond crusted Lamb chops)

Another gem in our midst is the 2016 Tenuta San Guido Sassicaia, hailed as the true successor to the legendary 1985 vintage, this has already recieved legendary 100 point status
Extraordinary balance and structure, perfect for the most special occasions ✨

It’s almost August and our classics are here for a light start to a meal on our sunny terrace ✨

Our Carpaccio di Manzo has travelled through our menus and continues to be a crowd favourite. Sliced thin, dressed with parmesan, lemon, and balsamic. Classically served on a fresh bed of arugula.

Our Insalata Caprese has the creamiest buffalo mozzarella. Served with beautiful summer tomatoes and fresh basil.

A hearty pasta night (every wednesday 😌) starts with a delicious antipasto- made for one but can always be shared 🥰 see you soon Guelph.

Our chefs David and Daniel have been working tirelessly to deliver a menu with new favourites packed with flavour and good Italian cooking.

Funghi in Padella🍄‍🟫: Sauteed seasonal Oyster mushrooms topped with red pepper espuma and fried cabbage

Agnello alle Mandorle: Oven baked lamb chop infused with herbs and crusted with crumbled almonds. Served with vegetables and herb roasted potatoes 🫑

Our covered patio officially opens on Tuesday night. We can’t wait to serve you a plate and pour you a glass of wine in the heart of Guelph.

It might not be protein goals- but it’s pasta goals!
It’s pasta night! We have $5 all of our fresh handmade pasta each Wednesday.

Our pasta is made with 00 finely milled Italian flour. This ensures it has that silky and tender texture that our guests know and love.
The higher protein allows us to stretch and shape the pasta into our 4 shapes on our new summer menu- pappardelle, gnocchi, tagliatelle, and ravioli.
Come hit your pasta goals on Wednesday nights with us.
