A new table. The same heart.

After an extensive renovation, the doors are open, the kitchen is bigger and the team is more ready than ever to welcome you in.

Grazie to the Guelph Mercury Tribune for sitting down with Ali and Chef Luke to talk about our renovation, the expanded kitchen and why “downtown is where Guelph gathers.”

Read the full story at the link, then come see it for yourself.

Buon Gusto is welcoming guests back to the newly renovated restaurant in St George’s Square downtown.

New surroundings, new lunch offerings.

Pranzo Presto: a sandwich or half wood-fired pizza with your choice of soup or salad, every day from 11 AM - 4 PM.

And now enjoy a new, fuller menu in our renovated dining room.

A refined midday table, without the long wait or the lofty price.

Step away. Sit down. Stay a while.

New space, same Buon Gusto heart, ready for whatever brings you to the table.

An expanded kitchen means more entrées for our special dining evenings, and a room ready for anything from dinner for two to your next private celebration.

Come see what’s new. The table is set.

Reserve your table or ask us about hosting your next event.

Save the date. We'll save the table.

Our fall menu lands October 6, featuring new dishes we can't wait to share with you. ❤️

October's feature cocktail 👇

Foggy Bend.

A bright and citrus-forward cocktail, featuring Bombay gin, triple sec, orange marmalade, early grey syrup, lemon, and finished with a bergamot bergamot spritz.

One of our favourites, and a perfect way to segue into autumn vibes.

What a night with TOMME Cheese Shop and Profile W**e Group ♥️

This was the second year of Vino & Formaggio, our w**e and cheese experience featuring cheese flown in directly from Italy, w**e from our cellars, good food and great company.

It was made even more memorable this year with our special guest, Stefano Corrocher, a cheese expert from Italy who spends his days tracking down the rarest and most exceptional cheeses and traveling the world to share them.

Thank you to everyone who joined us. If you weren't able to make it out, keep your eyes open for future community collaboration events like this one.

Grateful for this community. ♥️

The warm support we have received since reopening our new space has been overwhelming.

From the bottom of our hearts, thank you. Whether you've come back in for lunch or dinner, booked a reservation, or even just sent a message of encouragement, we appreciate everything this community does for us - you are what makes this whole thing possible.

A new table, the same Buon Gusto heart.

We can't wait to host you soon. ❤️

About last night.

After months of planning, renovating, problem-solving, and counting down the days, getting to fill the room again with so many familiar faces felt pretty special.

To our incredible team, thank you for putting so much care into getting us here. And to our community, thank you for showing up for us, celebrating with us, and continuing to make Buon Gusto feel like home.

Not to make any wild claims, but we’re pretty sure it was the best party in the city... Even if it was on a Wednesday.
