Let’s give you some background info, we’ve been in the Hospitality Industry for over 15 years, with jobs ranging from serving, cooking, baking, managing restaurants and our own food stands. We have had the pleasure of working side by side in a restaurant for the past 5 years. During this time, we’ve shared our values, morals, aspirations, and many tasty dishes! We bring the same style of cooking

to the table; homemade, fresh cuisine inspired by our childhoods and travels. Our dream is to open up a small counter service restaurant in Guelph, but waiting on our dream location has made us impatient. We came to the realization that catering is the best way for us to offer you our tasty Grilled Wrap Paninis. We specialize in business lunches, corporate meetings and training workshops. We’re two hard working ladies committed to serving you delicious scratch made food, using aromatic herbs, lots of love, and lemon zest! When you eat our food, you taste the difference, and you know who’s cooking it. The ingredients are fresh. No processed meats. No condiments that have been sitting on a shelf. Quality you can taste. From people you can trust.

What a whirlwind today was. We had people lined up at the door at 8:45am. We had to turn the phone & online ordering off by 11am, as we were going to run out of food. Apologies to those who missed out on their last opportunity. It broke our hearts saying no, and we are so appreciative of everyone's patience.

Our hearts are full with the outpouring of love. Every kind word, post, message, comment, bouquet of flowers, all who stayed throughout the frenzy, thank you. Plus this custom cookie cake made for us? Come on!

We didn't get to chat with most of you the way we would have liked, but of course we are humbled by the love poured on us today. We have a lot to process, and are in shock almost as much as you are at this time, hoping that this torch would be carried on longer.

Please come by tomorrow, Thursday July 31 as we clear out our inventory and equipment, if there is anything anyone can use or knows of someone in need, please stop by!

Hey folks, we have an announcement.

Please know this is not the way or time for a myriad of reasons, that this is how you would receive this.

Please know, we are honoured to have shed the love of hospitality and practically perfect paninis for the past 7 years. We always wanted to create a place that guests felt welcome, comfortable, and as though we were cooking for them in our home kitchen - mind you, fast and efficiently 😉. 

It is a frustrating world trying to navigate untrustworthy strangers and greedy people. It was in our hopes and good faith that we would be passing the torch onto someone new, but alas it's time to turn off the panini press a final time. We wished we could have shared this with you sooner, it's very unfortunate this is the way of the world sometimes.

As we enter the next stage in our lives, whatever that may be, we thank you for sticking by us for the past 7 years. We're humbled to have had the opportunity to experience it together as a community.

Wednesday July 30th will be our last day of operation, please come say hi, get a panini or a memento of the shop. We will forever cherish this chapter in our life. We know we'll be seeing you around town ✨.
