Some exciting news happened this weekend!

One of my best friends and very talented artist, Jennifer of Rose on the Ridge Artistry, and myself have signed on to be art vendors at this year's North Mountain United Tapestry and Market💛✨️

We are so delighted to have the opportunity to meet and engage with our community members one on one while showcasing our respective art creations.

Jennifer and I will be rotating each Saturday through out the Summer so make sure to stop in and pay us a visit when you can. We would love to see you! 🩵🎨🖼

Hello everyone,

We hope you have all been well and that you have had an enjoyable, relaxing last few weeks of Summer. Our annual summer break extended much longer than we had anticipated which resulted in Pascal needing to fly home to Switzerland to be with his immediate family. We want to thank you all for your kind, supportive words for us during his time away.

We know a lot of you have been asking and wondering when we will be reopening the bistro back up, and I truly wish I was starting this next part with better news.

Unfortunately, Pascal and I have made the decision to not reopen the bistro and officially close down our operations. This decision did not come lightly. When we shut down in July it was with the intention of reopening again. But unfortunately life happens, and health and family had to take first priority.

It is never easy to tear down a dream you have been building together for nearly 5 years. When we opened up our tiny eatery back in 2016 we worked hard at creating a quaint and cozy little bistro where people could come to gather with friends and family, enjoy some European cuisine and meet new people. I feel that we accomplished that and so much more. We have celebrated some wonderful milestones with many of you. From birthdays, anniversarys, and even a wedding, many beautiful memories were made within our small space. We were met and welcomed by an amazing community of people who supported us from day one, and we will always ALWAYS be grateful to each and EVERY ONE of you who came into our lives.

While we would love to turn back the clock to pre-covid days, alas we live in a different time now and circumstances have changed. One that makes it harder to operate the same quaint and cozy bistro we had originally created.

For those of you with outstanding purchased gift certificates, please contact us through our page via messenger, or email [email protected] to arrange for a full refund. You can call and leave a message at the bistro for the time being as we will be checking our voice-mail frequently.

Pascal and myself will still be here together in our community, so please don't think of this as goodbye. If you see us out and about don't be a stranger. We would love to chat and catch up with you.

I'll finish off with a quote from someone who I felt always had a perfect way with words.

Hello everyone! 😊💕

We hope you have all been keeping well and enjoying the summer so far. We wanted to update you on what is happening at Pascalice's Bistro.

As you know we had temporarily closed the bistro back at the end of July to begin our annual break. What you do not know is that Pascal has had to travel to his home country of Switzerland for a family matter. This means that we have chosen to keep the bistro closed a little longer. Unfortunately we do not have a reopening date at this point and time but we will keep you updated here on our social media accounts.

We thank everyone for their understanding and support during this time. We miss seeing your smiling faces and visits at the bistro. We look forward to serving you again upon our return. ❤

Happy rainy Friday folks! 🌧

Don't let the weather get you down too much as brighter days are forecasted for this long weekend. :) But if the weather has made you not up for cooking today, then we can look after that for you.

As you know, this is the last day the bistro will be open before we shut down for a little bit, so there are a few Menu and Special items that we are running very low on. The following items are in very low amounts...

UPDATE: NEW SANDWICH SOLD OUT!

🥪 SANDWICH ALERT!! ⚠️🚨

As you know (or if not now you do 😁) we will be shutting down for a few weeks and Friday is the LAST day we are open for a bit.

Which also means this is the LAST batch of Ham and Salami Pretzel Subs coming out of the kitchen 🤯. Also up for grabs is a NEW Salami, Cheese, Arugula, Tomato Sandwich on homemade Ciabatta Bun topped with Sun Dried Tomatoes 🤯🤯🤯 Double yum!

Subs are $10, new sandwich is $6.50 taxes in!
