📢 Boil Water Advisory – We’re Still Open!

To our valued guests,

As you may know, a Boil Water Advisory has been issued for our area. At Kinhao Sushi your safety and the safety of our staff remain our highest priority.

We are OPEN, with all necessary precautions in place to serve you safely and responsibly.

✅ What we ARE serving:

•Canned soft drinks (pop / soda)
•Boiled water
•All food prepared using boiled or bottled water

❌ Temporarily unavailable (due to municipal tap water):

•Fountain beverages
•Ice (no ice in any drinks)
•Tap water

We are following all guidance from Public Health and monitoring the situation closely. Thank you for your patience as we adjust our service to keep everyone protected.

We've recently become aware of a social media post containing inaccurate information about our tipping practices.

To ensure clarity for our community, we want to confirm that tips are absolutely shared among our trained staff members to ensure teamwork and consistent service. This structure is designed to reflect our unique all-you-can-eat service model, where the entire team works together to manage a high volume and variety of dishes to ensure every guest has an excellent experience.
