Beaucoup! started as a pop-up concept. I wanted to put my food out there and to see how our city recieved it. The response and appreciation has been amazing. However, as of Dec 24th, we have made the difficult decision to close our store-front, at least for the time being.

Through this journey I have discovered a passion for catering and events. From here, I hope to carry forward Beaucoup! as being the only plant-based caterer in the city and on my life-long goal of opening an ocean-side vegan restaurant (see you in Nicaragua!).

I'm not sure what the future holds, and perhaps we will open with a fresh new concept! In the meantime stay tuned for holiday features, find us on skip or walk-in until Dec 23rd, and reach out to us for all your holiday catering needs!

A special thank you to our staff over the past year and a half, to our loyal repeat customers and to my amazing partner who has supported me endlessly through this.
