Top Secret Smash Sauce 🤫

Base

* 2 cups regular mayonnaise
* ¼ cup Dijon mustard
* ¼ cup yellow mustard

Tangy & Sweet

* ¼ cup finely chopped bread & butter pickles
* 2 tbsp pickle brine
* 2 tbsp smoked paprika ketchup (or 2 tbsp ketchup + 1 tsp smoked paprika)
* 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
* 2 tsp apple c***r vinegar
* 2 tsp maple syrup (or honey)

Aromatics

* 3 tbsp finely grated carmalized sweet onion
* 3 tbs caramelized garlic in beef tallow
* 1 tsp garlic paste (or ½ tsp garlic powder)

Spice & Depth

* ½ tsp Aleppo pepper
* 1 tsp white pepper

Instructions

1. Add all ingredients to a mixing bowl or large measuring cup.
2. Blend with an immersion blender until completely smooth and creamy.
3. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour (overnight is even better) to let the flavors meld.
4. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 7 days.
