Journaling at The Path this October 🍂🕯️
You asked for an evening gathering, so now you can choose:
🍂 Sunday, October 4 • 2-5 pm
🕯️ Thursday, October 8 • 7-9 pm
$29 per person, includes a beverage and
use of our stationery bar and supplies.

So what do we mean by journaling?

It can be so many things.
A commonplace book for quotes, recipes, ideas and things you're learning. A working book for your magical practice, with tarot notes, herbs, rituals and correspondences. A reading journal, an art journal, a scrapbook of ordinary days, a collection of beautiful things that caught your eye.
That's all journaling.
You can write, collage, doodle, or add stickers and washi tape. Fill pages with words, or spend the whole time on one lovely page. If you arrive with no idea what to make, we'll have solo journaling games, optional prompts, and colouring books and pages.
This isn't a workshop. There's no instruction and no sharing circle, and nothing you need to accomplish or know before you come. Just quiet tables and good company, even if the company is your own.
We'll put out the stationery bar, make the tea , turn on the twinkle lights and give you a cozy table for a few hours. I'll be at the corner table with my working book and far too many stickers.
Come on your own, or bring someone you'd love to spend a little quiet creative time with.
Come make something beautiful with us. ✨

Autumn Equinox 🍂 Hello Autumn Witches

There is a particular kind of magic in a day when the light and the dark stand equal.
No battle between them. No need for one to be better than the other. Just a threshold — and then the slow turn toward darker days.
I think this is why I love the Autumn Equinox so much.
It feels like a moment to gather yourself back in.
To notice what has changed since the year was new. What you called in. What actually arrived. What grew differently than you expected. What quietly fell away while you were busy living.
This is everyday magic to me.
Not elaborate rituals or doing something simply because the calendar says we should.
It's noticing.
The different slant of the afternoon light. The first leaves gathering along the sidewalk. Reaching for a warmer drink. Feeling that little pull to make our spaces softer as the nights stretch longer.
And maybe tonight, when the light begins to disappear, pull a card.
Not What will autumn bring me?
Ask:
What am I carrying with me into this next season?
Then listen.
The wheel has turned , whether you notice or not.
We have arrived at the threshold between light and dark, abundance and rest, what has been and what comes next.

Morning tarot reading ace of coins / 3 of Swords reversed/ queen of Batons

Something real can grow here.
And perhaps it can grow now because something that once hurt you is beginning to loosen its grip.
You don't need to pretend it never happened. You don't need to turn pain into positivity before you're ready. But you also don't have to keep asking an old wound what you're capable of becoming.
The Ace places the seed in your hand.
The reversed Three of Swords asks what pain you're ready to stop carrying in quite the same way.
And the Queen of Batons says:
Plant it as yourself.
Take up your space. Bring your creativity, confidence, warmth and experience with you.
Something new doesn't require you to become someone else.
It may simply require you to stop letting an old hurt decide how brightly you're willing to show up.
You are still.the witch , even when you choose yourself this time
