Today’s soup is one we very rarely make — Red Thai Chicken & Vegetable with Long Grain & Wild Rice 🌶️🥣 It’s hearty, flavour-packed, gluten friendly & dairy free, and definitely worth grabbing while it’s here!

Our coolers are also loaded with freshly made options for lunch, snacks, treats, charcuterie and dinner. Grab a gourmet sandwich or wrap, a meal-sized salad, something sweet, or one of our 3 sizes of grab & go charcuterie for your Friday night or weekend plans.

Today's soup is Creamy Dill Pickle & Kolbassa (gluten friendly). Pickle lovers, this one's for you! Lots of excellent add ons to round out your meal like freshly made wraps, focaccia muffins, sandwiches, meal sized & side deli salads & more!

We're stocked with charcuterie in grab & go sizes ready for you. Need a last-minute spread for company or lunch for a meeting or a gathering for later? Reach out and we'll get you hooked up.

Our Take & Heat meals are flowing! Lots available from our buffalo chicken skillet casseroles, Shepherd’s Pie, hearty ginger beef, lasagna to a good stock of frozen options. Send us a message to reserve a few as these go fast as they are made in small batches to ensure quality.
