Why you should be drinking our healthy lemonade in the winter!!

-Lemons are packed with vitamin C and citric acid. Both of these elements boost your immune system to help you fight cold and flu.

-Lemon is also abundant in electrolytes. It contains potassium and small amounts of calcium, magnesium, and phosphorus.

-Maple syrup contains lots of important minerals. The electrolytes of zinc, potassium, calcium, magnesium, and sodium chloride all occur in their natural ratios within this sweetener. The high level of manganese works as an essential co-factor for a number of enzymes reactions and is important for energy production and antioxidant defenses.

I will be at the farmers market from 9-3 today with 2 healthy lemonade !

C’est la dernière chance de vous procurer de ma bonne limonade cette saison 🍋🍁. C’est déjà le dernier marché agricole samedi le 1er octobre.
Je va avoir mes petites bouteilles de limonade fraîche qui se conserve très bien de 7 a 10 jour au réfrigérateur. Notre limonade santé vous donne une bonne dose de vitamine C. 💪🏻

I no longer have my booth at the market but I made fresh lemonade bottles to go that you will find at my parents booth Érablière La Kabane Inc. at the Grand Falls Farmers Market!!

Our lemonade is made with only water, freshly squeezed lemon juice, and maple syrup. Nothing else!

Can’t believe it’s our last farmers market already!!

I would like to say a big thank you to everyone who supported me this summer 🤗
