Cheese Board Spotlight 🧀

Sliced and ready to go: here’s what’s behind the counter this week:

Délice de Bourgogne: a triple cream Brie so rich it practically melts on the knife. Buttery, tangy, and impossible to stop eating.

Bellavitano Merlot: nutty parmesan-style cheese soaked in merlot, with a sweet wine-stained rind and a bold finish.

Back Forty Highland Blue: a creamy, peppery blue from Mississippi Station, Ontario. Bold but balanced.

Dark Side of the Moo: Gunn’s Hill Road’s smoked gouda-style cheese, deep and savoury with a beautiful smoky edge.

Old Manchego: firm, nutty, and aged for depth. This one’s a Spanish classic with a caramel-like finish.

Avonlea Clothbound Cheddar: cloth-wrapped and aged, sharp and earthy with a crumbly bite. (This is the one in our Ploughman’s Lunch.)
