Age 26 - Today Modchip Inc Federally incorporated Company still operating for close to 30 Years.
Modchip Inc was a ground up based online ecommerce business specializing in Video Game Modification sales and service. Self taught HTML, PHP and Java and built the ecommerce website back in 1996 before services like SHOPIFY ever existed.
Modchip has been operating as a Holding company Since 2013 When I retired at the age of 40 and the Corporation still owns commercial property in Winnipeg.
I personally own 5 Properties in St Clements dating back to 2007
3 In the Grand Marais 1 in East Selkirk and one in Narol.
I am not against development providing if it fits the area. No 80 Unit condos in the middle of Rural St Clements. Those belong in Settlement Centre areas where they already exist.
