☀️ The end of another summer is almost here!

Our last day open for the season will be September 2nd.

It’s hard to believe another summer has gone by so quickly. We’re so thankful to everyone who stopped in, came back for their favourites, brought friends and family, and supported us all summer long. ❤️

There are still a few days left to come see us and get your fish & chips, fish tacos, wings and all your favourites one more time before we close for the season!

We get asked quite often if our fish is frozen, heavily processed, or shipped in from somewhere else.

The answer is no!

The fish we serve at Purvis Fish & Chips is caught right here in our local waters by our family’s commercial fishery, Purvis Fisheries. 🎣

And when we say fresh, we mean FRESH. The fish you’re eating at our restaurant is always less than 24 hours from being caught.

The fish tug in this video docks right in the marina beside our restaurant. From the local waters, to the tug, to our kitchen, and onto your plate — it doesn't get much more local than that.

So next time you're enjoying fish & chips and see the tug coming into the marina, you're getting a firsthand look at where your meal comes from. 🐟⚓
