Someone has tragically lost items in our restaurant, and it is currently sitting in the Lost & Found Bin, feeling abandoned, unloved, and slightly salty (like our fries).

Items found- fishing hat, baseball cap, glasses and a dog water foldable bowl.

Come claim your long-lost treasure at the counter
• Be prepared to answer:
• “What colour is it?”
• “What’s inside?”
• “Why were you carrying this while eating fish and chips?”

What we need from you: 🐠 🎣 🐟 🫧

• Superior customer service
• The ability to work at both “nice and steady” speed and “holy crap, where did all these people come from?” speed
• Willingness to hustle when needed
• Strong multitasking skills carrying plates, answering questions, remembering drinks, and pretending you didn’t hear the same joke 14 times
• Prep and cleaning duties
• A deep, lifelong passion for topping up condiment bottles every night
• A good sense of humour
• The ability to laugh a lot and not take yourself too seriously
• Must enjoy free food, because we are absolutely going to feed you

Some shifts are slow. Some shifts are fast. Some shifts will make you question how one table needs that much tartar sauce.

We are open to ideas, suggestions, and opinions. We actually want to hear them. But every restaurant has its own way of doing things, and we need someone who is willing to learn our system and follow it. Your last workplace may have done things differently, and that’s fine but when you’re here, we do things the Gooderham Fish & Grill way.

We work hard, help each other, laugh constantly, and want someone who can jump in and be part of the team.

After a very busy Friday at Gooderham Fish & Grill, it was so wonderful to sit and enjoy one of those simple moments that reminds you what life is really about.

Gooderham Bakehouse made some astronomically delicious and fresh cinnamon buns and also homemade cookies that made today just a little bit brighter.

Gooderham isn’t just a place you pass through, it’s a place where you slow down, take a deep breath, and remember to appreciate the little things. We’re grateful to call this community home and even more grateful to share it with everyone who walks through our doors.

Here’s to good food, sweet treats, and making time for the moments that matter most.
