🇨🇦☀️ Canada Day is almost here—and so is the summer heat! 🧊🔥

Beat the temps with a refreshing cold brew made from our Ugandan single origin beans—bold, chocolatey, and perfectly smooth for sipping all weekend long.

Here’s how to brew it just right:

🍫 Start with St. Nick’s Ugandan beans – Deep, rich flavour with low acidity—ideal for cold brew.
🧊 Use a 1:6 ratio – That’s 1 gram of coarsely ground coffee to 6 grams of cold water. (Try 100g coffee to 600g water!)
🕒 Steep it slow – Let it chill in the fridge for 12–18 hours.
💥 Strain & enjoy (using a french press is ideal) – Pour over ice and sip it black or add your favorite cream.
