Sorry I haven’t posted sooner! Our Grand Opening was quite a success, and Candide and I have been baking like mad women to fill last minute Christmas goodie orders.
I just wanted to update everyone on what All About the Bee is up to, moving forward into the new year.
As some of you know, we are no longer serving lunch in the bistro, not with table service anyway. Alternatively, we are offering take out, and there will still be tables, should you choose to eat your takeout here. Our menu is based on our meal plans, a new service we are now providing, where all the dishes are still made from scratch then flash frozen. Should anyone want lunch, they can contact us the day before to place their order, and we’ll make sure their lunch is hot and ready when they are.
The meal plans can be customized to an individual’s preferences and dietary needs, and can be ordered as frequent as needed. The dishes range from soups, side dishes like potatoes and vegetables, to mouth watering mains like lasagna, sesame marinated chicken breast or roast beef. There are of course, some scrumptious desserts and fresh baked bread products, to name a few to choose from. I will be posting the new menu n the next couple of days.
We will continue to offer our bakery items, which we will always be adding new products. You can call us to place orders, or drop by to see what we have fresh for the day.
For take away orders, our hours of operation will be 9:00 am to 2:00 pm.
Still need a bacon, cheeseburger or a Poutine fix? Visit us on Wednesday between 4 and 7 pm, or pick up a pizza on your way home from work.
In the new year, as soon as we have our liquor license, we will be opening the bistro for something a little different. We will be offering tasting menu evenings. The menu for the night will be posted here and our website, and perhaps the local paper, one week prior to the dinner. Dinners will be 6 to 8 courses and priced per person. Reservations will be required as there is limited seating for these evenings.

Please join us on December 11th from 1:00 - 7:00 pm to celebrate our Grand Opening!🎉
There will be free samples of all kinds of goodies, and prizes to be won. We look forward to introducing our new look, menus and services.
In preparation of this, lunch service in the Bistro will not be open starting tomorrow, November 9th.
We are however, still available by phone or text/messenger and email to place your Christmas orders for meat pies, etc., and we still have some available dates for catering events.

I’d like to take this time to thank Marcel Maure, our local Fire Chief, for the opportunity to cater for their second annual, Evening of Elegance fundraising event! And, a huge thank you to Marcel’s incredible team of volunteers.
