OXUS VODKA HAS ARRIVED

We’re pretty proud to be among the first spots pouring Oxus Vodka — a high-quality vodka made right here in Manitoba by our friends at Oxus Brewing.

You’ll now find it behind the bar at Interlake Brewing, including in our Caesars. Because a Manitoba Caesar deserves a Manitoba-made vodka.

Prairie Sage Bison Burger

It’s Burger Week again and our team has come up with a thoughtfully crafted burger we’re calling the Prairie Sage. It’s built around locally sourced Manitoba bison and layers of balanced flavour. Brown butter sage mayo spread on a brioche bun, stacked with a juicy bison patty, bacon onion jam, melted swiss cheese, pickled red onion, lemon-dressed arugula, and crispy sage that really makes it pop.

Rich and savoury, bright and tangy, with just the right touch of sweetness. Every ingredient earns its place, coming together in a burger that celebrates local ingredients and lets the bison take centre stage.

No gimmicks, just a carefully composed burger with high quality ingredients balanced in every bite, Interlake Brewing style. Served with fries or your choice of side. Also available in gluten free!

GIMLI STREET MARKET IS ON!

First Avenue is packed with dozens of local vendors today, so come take a stroll, say hi, and check it all out. We’ll be here until 6:30 and are set up with cold cans of Interlake beer, merch, and a few of our favourite things.

Cans are available at our regular retail price, so grab a few to take home while you wander the market.

We think Sunday afternoons are best spent on a patio enjoying live music. This week we’ve got Northshore & Rivers joining us as part of our Busker Series, playing through dinner while we soak up the last Sunday of August. If you love what you hear, show the musicians some love and throw a few bucks in the tip jar.

Summer always seems to go faster than we want it to. This year felt extra fast.

With only a few weeks left, we’re trying to soak up as many of these evenings as we can. Sitting outside under an open sky, a breeze coming off the lake, cold beer, good food and good company.

No big plans needed. Just come hang out, grab a spot on the rooftop and enjoy a summer night in Gimli while we’ve still got them.

LIVE MUSIC FRIDAY: Two Crows for Comfort

We’re always happy when we get to put Two Crows for Comfort on the calendar.

They performed here earlier in the year and have become one of our favourite folk duos to welcome back. Great songs, beautiful harmonies, and just the right kind of music for sitting outside as the sun goes down.
