We’ve been harvesting, fermenting, and drying the fresh young leaves from our fruit trees for an upcoming line of small-batch Orchard Teas. 🌱

Before I even reach the rows, I can hear the bees at work. It's one of those sounds that tells you exactly where you are and what time of year it is.

Most people know lavender for its fragrance, but that's only part of its story. For centuries it has been grown, gathered, distilled, and trusted as one of the world's most beloved medicinal plants.
