I would like to inform the public that golden goods will no long be conducting business with the current president of the legion branch #133. It’s not in a business best interest to continue trying to build for good reasons. I turned in my key to executor yesterday afternoon after a phone call from the president behaving in a less then honorable fashion. Sorry for the inconvenience this may cause as it’s a great loss and inconvenience to the business as well. Have a good day I will be working on a better business plan but I don’t see me being able to provide this service to the public anytime soon after this great loss of time effort and money. Golden goods motto is the golden rule and that sort of behavior does not represent what this business stands for.

I would like to apologize to the people who phoned the legion phone this weekend got hung up on or sent to voice mail and the people who tried calling the business number. The phone for the business is 1905 586-5639 but sadly in the basement it’s a hit or miss that I get the connection.

We are a small business and are just starting so there’s a lot of extra costs and loosing business over the phone isn’t a good thing. I am looking into getting a second land for the legion basement to avoid loosing business like this again.

Again sorry for the inconvenience I know one of the people who brought this up to me doesn’t use social media and was a little disappointed that they couldn’t get some of the best poutine in town.

Golden goods picked it up! We found some sudden death hot sauce for the people who are feeling brave.

We will be doing a hot wing challenge in the up coming week along with a hungry man diner on the 21st game night at the legion kitchen.

Hungry man diner is sliced boneless turkey breast, stuffing, buttery mashed potatoes , gravy, and cranberry jelly.

The hot wing challenge details will follow.

This weekends Valentine’s Day weekend and we have are spaghetti diner Friday doors open at 5, door prize (flowers/chocolate) will be drawn to anyone who attends @ 8pm.

Legion bar and kitchen is open to the public on weekends and for all your event needs.

Lady’s night sweet treats are fresh and ready. Double Maple pecan cake , cream cheese , chocolate drizzled , whip cream and strawberries. Because the cost to make this was a bit higher for this event the sweet treats will be $6.50 each. The weekends sweet treats will go back down the regular price.
