Introducing our new salad bowls. Available in our grab and go fridge 🥗

Thai Buddha Bowl - roasted sweet potatoes, quinoa, chickpeas, red cabbage, cucumber, cherry tomatoes and cilantro sprouts on a bed of mixed greens. Topped with our house-made Thai peanut sauce 🥜 Gluten free and vegan friendly 🌱

Green Goddess Bowl - sprouted lentils (we sprout them in-house 👩‍🌾), charred corn, carrots, cherry tomatoes, pickled red onions on a bed of arugula. Topped with our green goddess dressing made with fresh herbs, yogurt and lemon 🍋 Gluten free!

Curried Cauliflower Bowl - Curry roasted cauliflower, roasted sweet potatoes, chickpeas, carrot, toasted almonds, and cilantro sprouts on abed of mixed greens. Topped with our house-made tzatziki sauce 🥒 Gluten free!

I can’t think of a better spot to enjoy a coffee (hot or iced!) and soak up some springtime sunshine 🌞

Now that it seems like spring has finally arrived we will be switching our menu up. So fair warning this is your last week to get soup 🍲

Next week we will begin serving salads and grain bowls🥗 and hope that the sun keeps shining!
