📅 Weekend evenings + a couple daytime shifts weekly
👨🍳 Training provided while working until ready to work solo
Responsibilities include:
• Set-up, maintenance, and cleaning of kitchen station counters and refrigerators
• Preparing dishes according to Diplomat standards
• Ensuring quality, consistency, and presentation of every plate
• Following detailed cooking procedures and station set-up procedures
• Maintaining proper hygiene and food safety practices
• Dating and labeling products correctly
• Monitoring inventory and communicating supply needs to the Kitchen Manager
• Safely operating kitchen equipment and tools
• Completing cleaning and organizational tasks throughout shifts
