From a witness, thank you...

I was there waiting for my order when this took place, there is no excuse for what this individual said. I was very happy to see the staff confront him, shows great respect for your staff. Even with what was said, Jana never lost that smile, you rocked it girl, you were busy and going non stop, my food was excellent, and I have no issues waiting for good food, and great service.

Hey all just a note, we had a crappy episode on Sunday when a client took exception to having to wait 20 minutes for his order, when he picked it up the insults that were directed at Jana our 19 yr old counter crew took the brunt of his abuse, he may have also threw something at her, believed to be gum. We cook our food to order and yes we have wait times because of your business...if your wait times are longer than you can wait, then please ask for a refund, we'll gladly do that and invite you back. We know this guy's name and employer and I thought I'd give him the opportunity to call and apologize to Jana. I'd like to apologize to the 2 families sitting on the patio and had to hear that and thanks for helping getting his plate, thank you to my guy Steve for confronting the guy but he got it as well. Again thanks everyone for your continued support, greatly appreciated. As I say,

"It's just chicken wings"....
